“ Great appetizers, especially cheese sticks, pretzel sticks, and mushrooms. Fresh food on the salad bar. No ice cream . Sheila was one of the best servers I've had. Super friendly and fast. She even gave us good information about the area. The beer was very cold, just as it should be. This may sound odd, but they had the best mustard! It had an alligator on the bottle. Best restaurant that we have found in the area. Fish was amazing. Even the other customers were very friendly to us. ”

“ I'm on an extended road trip this fall so I was in the area driving around went on line for a restaurant in the area. Found a gem in this tiny town. It has thus restaurant that on friday and saturday nights beside there regular menu they offer an all you can eat buffet. If your hungry for a close to home cooked meal or what a lot of people call comfort food then I think you have come to the right place. The buffet is small but it's mighty they had a good selection of meats, pasta, mashed potatoes, three vegetable choices. Plus salad bar and a soup. Don't think you will be sorry if you stop here ”
“ Very close to Holiday World. Worth the trip to. The service is excellent. Although it was busy and they told me that anything other than the buffet was a 45 minute wait, they still convinced me to try the pork tenderloin sandwich I really wanted. It was delicious. Very hometown feel which is nice. Rest of my family said the buffet was excellent. ”
“ A great place for a quick lunch and also a drink. I tried the Philly cheese steak and added the onion rings. My wife had the turkey club with chips. All the food was great and the owner was friendly, attentive and quick to serve us despite it being pretty busy at the time. The lunch menu has a lot of classic lunch items but no steaks etc. The dinner menu which begins at 4pm has the steaks and the more dinner appropriate items. There were numerous TV's with various games on. We were staying in Santa Claus Indiana and this was recommended because Santa Claus doesn't have many places to eat. Google took us down gavel roads to get here. Ha! It was very scenic and adventurous! ”
“ Got seated right away. (We got here at 6:30pm) wife got a grilled chicken salad (huge) I got an awesome reuben! My grandson said the egg rolls and his cheeseburger were good. Great service, great staff. Makes me wish we had a restaurant like this back home! Highly recommend!! ”
“ If you are traveling to Holiday World this is a great family restaurant. We were looking for something a little more healthy food than just a pizza and wing place. Highly recommend if you are looking for nicely sized kids serving and adult menu. Also adult beverages available. From kids menu the kids had pizza, tater tots, Mac n cheese, chicken tenders. Adults had salad and grilled tenderloin sandwich. All was very good. ”
